Slurry sealing is a protective coating product, similar to seal coating, but is applied much thicker than the seal coat product due to the addition of special sand, asphalt emulsions and other additives.It is a great product when a parking lot is too “mature” for traditional seal coating and/or your budget may not allow for an overlay or replacement of parking lot. There are optional mix designs available when choosing slurry (Type I and Type II), please call to discuss. The slurry product will provide a new wearing surface, a uniform color and will fill in minor cracks as well. The slurry product will last 5-7 years if properly maintained with a recommended sweeping and sealing program.
